Returns & Refund Policy

We only accept returns for items that are NOT used. If you have a used item or only used this item once, then we cannot provide you with a return. We at Toasty Glass put forth maximum effort to give you high quality products for amazing prices. If you are not satisfied with your order, please send us an email within 7 days of the ordered delivery date and let us know. We will then send you a return number and after you may proceed by sending the product back. No items can be returned without a return number. * All returns for glass that is not broken during shipment and glass that is not functionally defective (manufacturer defect impedes function) are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. International orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee Toasty Glass accepts returns on un-used products, and a return claim must be filed within seven days of the day the product has been delivered. Once the item has been used it cannot be returned. Due to shipping restrictions and legalities of our jurisdiction we cannot accept used glass returns. We therefore recommend all buyers to perform their inspections before immediate use. We strongly suggest that all return shipments purchase insurance for the product. If you choose not to purchase insurance and your package is damaged, Toastyglass.com will NOT be able to offer you a refund. Once the item has arrived to us and we have reviewed and approved for re-stocking, then a full refund for the product purchased will be refunded. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees in preference based returns. You should receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in some cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).

Damaged Products

In the unlikelihood that your product is damaged upon arrival, We at Toasty Glass Apologize if this may be the case. We believe if we want to be the best then we need to make sure our customers receive the products in pristine condition. Here are the steps you should take if your product(s) have been damaged during transit.

Human Factors

It is important to note that a lot of the inventory we provide at Toasty Glass is in-fact hand blown by individual artisans across the country. Knowing this it is important to realize that no human has the same exact outcome each day, back-to-back, everytime. In other words, no matter how skilled the artisan, there will always be a human factor involved in the ultimate quality of the end product. Some human factors that may present themselves, but are in no way cause for major concern, include: minor bubbling in glass that does not result in failure of the structure (i.e. cracks, holes, water leaks, air leaks), minor bleeding of colors into each other, slightly asymmetrical bends, curves or joint work. For this reason we do not credit re-stocking fees on returns that fall under the category of containing these human factors which do not impede the function of the piece. Step 1: E-mail us at Info@toastyglass.com within 24 hours of product delivery with your order number attached to the email. Step 2: Take photos of the packaging and materials, ALSO include pictures of the damaged Item(s) that way we can see which part of the item is damaged. We ship throughout the United States from our store in Miami, FL. Occasionally, if noted, a small few of our items ship directly from the supplier or glassblower (again, they will be in the US).
